There are various ways to search for your holiday accomodation on the EUROGROUP Website: Consult our special and last minutes offers pages by selecting the correct option from the "Book Now" menu. All these offers are regulary updated and are valid for internet bookings only. If none of the offers correspond to what you are looking for try a detailed search by clicking on "Advanced Search" in the "Book Now" menu.

Booking procedure: Indicate the number of people reserving for and also your choice of options. (Note that these are not obligatory and can be specified at a later date) A summary of your booking will appear - if you have made an error you have the option to modify your reservation or add another product. Enter your personal details. If all the information is correct, tick the "Terms and Conditions" box and click confirm. On the following page you will be given your payment options, which vary according to your arrival dates and the total cost of your stay. All payment must be made on our secure system. - If your arrival date is within less than 30 days from the date of booking and/or the total amount due is less than 200€ then the whole sum must be paid online. - Otherwise you have a choice of 3 payment options : 30% to be paid at the time of reservation and the other 70% to be paid 1 month before your arrival. Payment in 3 installments (an adminstration fee of 15€ is added to this option). The first payment is made at the time of the reservation and then following payments are to made on the dates specified at the time of reservation. Pay the total amount at the time of reservation. Select the option you prefer and then proceed to payment by credit card on a secure system.

Booking Modifications: Modify options: You can modify the options of your booking clicking on "Log In", on the top right of the page. Then type in your e-mail adress and password and select your booking. You are now able to add options to your booking. The total amount will automatically be changed and you will have to pay by Internet on our secure system. Modify date or destination: There are specific conditions for modifying these criteria. For this reason, we ask you to contact us by mail or by phone at 00 33 4 79 65 07 65. Don't forget to have at hand your booking reference, your date of arrival and your destination.

Specific Booking Conditions: Summer 2006: Saturday to Saturday bookings are obligatory in the majority of our establishments at both seaside and mountain resorts. Exceptions: Bookings of 3 nights minimum are possible in mountain resorts. Click here for information on the booking procedure for all our establishments. Winter 2006/2007: Saturday to Saturday bookings are obligatory in the majority of our establishments in ski resorts from the 02/12/2006 to the 28/04/2007 (according to the site opening dates and/or availability). Exceptions: Bookings for less than 7 nights are possible in general for hotels or seaside resorts (depending on the dates) and also for some residences. No Results? If your search produces no results check the following: That the number of nights is set to 7 for resorts which only take bookings on a weekly basis That the date corresponds to a Saturday (for resorts which have booking on a weekly basis only) That the dates are correct for the festive period, as the calendar has been modified for this period. (see exact dates above) If you are looking for a 2 week-stay and you get no results, it's possible that there is no availability for the 2 consecutive weeks. You could try to book another type of accomodation for the second week. NB: When searching for accomodation it is not necessary to fill in all the criteria. Searching with fewer criteria will give you more choice! For example, you can: not specify the type of accomodation wanted indicate only the minimum number of people who will be present during the stay not specify the resort, but only the theme

Grey Highlighted Results: The grey highlighted result can indicate: an alternative start date corresponding to the day or two after the one requested an alternative period of stay which could be for a longer or shorter period than the one requested according to the bookings conditions specified above. If you only have grey highlighted results there is no stay corresponding to your demand. In this case these highlighted propositions are our closest alternatives.
