How can I find out your prices?
You can get a holiday quote by searching availability, using the "Book Now" menu. If there is no availability and you still wish to know a price you can contact us by email.

Do I have to pay the total amount immediately ?
3 payment options are available, you can choose the option which suits you best.

1) 30% to be paid at the time of reservation, and the other 70% to be paid 1month before your arrival.

2) Payment in 3 instalments. The first payment is made at the time of the reservation (an administration fee of 15€ is added to this option), the following payments are to made the dates specified at the point of reservation.

3) You can choose to pay the total amount of your stay and save 15€.

If your arrival date is in less than 30 days and/or the total amount of your booking is less than 200€, the total amount is payable online. This is also the case for all special offers.

Is there a charge for paying by credit card?
Unlike many companies we do not charge our clients a handling fee when they pay by credit card!

What methods of payment are available?
The balance for your stay will be due via credit card payment, be it Visa/Mastercard/American Express.

My card has been refused and I do not understand why.
There are several possibilities for why your card may be refused. Check that the following criteria have been filled. If not please retry your reservation:
- After entering your card number and expiry date, did you remember to enter the security number [last three figures of the number on the signature panel on the back of your card].
- Does your card fall into one of the four categories of card accepted by our system: Mastercard, Visa, Amercian Express, CB (French debit card)
- Check with your bank that you do not have a spending limit on your account. It is possible that your account is limited to a certain amount per day.
- If you enter your card details incorrectly three times your payment is automatically refused and you must begin the reservation again.
- Finally check that your card is still valid and that the expiry date has been entered correctly.

What is holiday tax?
The French governement requires holiday tax to be paid per day and per person staying in a hotel, villa, chalet etc. We do not include it on our online prices as the amount varies from region to region (0,50€ to 1,50€). Clients should pay their holiday tax on arrival at resort or before leaving.

Do I have to pay a deposit on arrival?
For villas, apartments and chalets a deposit must be paid by credit card, cheque or cash on arrival for any eventual breakages or extra cleaning. This deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure. Villa/chalet: 750€ Apartment: 230€. Back to Top

How much do sheets/towels cost to hire? Is it compulsory?
At all our sites, you will be able to hire sheets and towels for the period of your stay. This service is not compulsory, but highly recommended. Sheets cost 7€ per person per week and towels 5€ per person per week. In Montpellier, Paris and in all our hotels, the service is included in the tarif.

Can we bring pets along?
Pets are welcome at most almost all of our sites at a small extra fee. The following establishments do not allow pets :
- Souillac Sur dordogne : Résidence Souillac Country Club
- Saint Gilles Croix de Vie : Résidence des Fontenelles (Apartement + cottages + Villas)
- Saint Hilaire de Riez : Résidence Les Mas de Saint hilaire
- Saint Jean de Monts : Les Maison du Lac + Les Mas de Vertmarines + Le Domaine de Vertmarines

Are there booking charges to be paid?
At almost all our sites there are no booking charges to pay. However, in our establishments in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Jean de Monts and Saint Hilaire de Riez there are charges of 20 Euros to be paied for each booking. This supplement is already included in prices on our website.

What happens if I cancel?
If for some reason, you have to cancel your reservation, the following amounts will be retained:

  • More than 30 days before departure: amount of deposit.
  • Between 30 and 21 days before departure - 45% of the total cost of the holiday.
  • Between 20 and 8 days before departure - 60% of total cost of holiday.
  • Between 7 and 4 days before departure - 90% of total cost of holiday.
  • 3 days or less before departure - full cost of holiday.

Is the kitchen equipped?
In all our villas, apartments and cottages, the kitchens are fully equipped. They will usually contain, enough cutlery and dishes for the maximum capacity of the apartment, pans, a cafetiere, kettle, toaster, glasses, plastic clothes dryer, bucket, dustpan and brush.

We now offer cancellation insurance which can be used in the case of serious illness or other reasons that may lead you to cancel your holiday (full details on our terms and conditions page). This will cost 4% off the total cost of the holiday, in addition to a 32 Euros administration charge. As this service is calculated on the total cost it cannot be reserved online at the point of reservation. Simply note in observations that you wish to reserve cancellation insurance and the difference will be billed to you at a later date.

Can I request a specific apartment, chalet or villa? If yes how?
A specific request costs 60€. If you choose to book on the website, please enter your request in the box “Observations”. We will then contact you to let you know if it is possible or not and will bill you the 60€ if it is possible.

What do I do if I don’t wish to give my credit card number by internet?
You can always make a reservation by telephone on 00 33 4 79 65 07 65 however internet offers are not valid.

You pay a sum of 60€ in order to guarantee your request.( only if the request can be guaranteed)

Why is there a difference of price between the website and booking by telephone?
When you reserve by internet in advance, you get 1% off per month, whereas if you reserve by telephone, you get 0.5% per month reserved in advance.

What is an affiliate?
If you become an affiliate, you will have some of our products visible and to be booked by our clients on your website, wether you are professional or individual. You will have 5% of commission on each sale.
