Moliets has the best of both worlds, a magnificent wild coast and acres of luscious pine forest. Easily accessible, the resort is situated 30 minutes from Dax and 1 hour from Biarritz and the breathtaking scenery of the Pyrenees.

Moliets

Moliets Plage is the main area of Moliets, with a small commercial area. Ideally situated near the coast, it is a perfect holiday retreat. The local architecture is modern, but built to a traditional Landais style, and it is beautifully landscaped using the original pine forests as much as possible along with planted palms and other trees & shrubs to add to its looks.

The village itself, situated just 2km inland, is very charming, with its old lodgings typical from the Landes region, some of them dating from the time of the English occupation. The old Church has some remarkable features, notably its impressive Gothic Gates.
