Skiing Area
The skiing area in Alpe d'Huez covers over 245km of pistes, ranging from an altitude of 1100m to 3330m.

To get you to the top of the slopes there are 16 cable cars, 24 chair lifts and 41 ski tows. 785 snow cannons ensure good snow coverage throughout the season and for those who want more than just a gentle cruise of the pistes, there are also 2 snow parks. A sledging area, 50km of track for cross country skiing and 30km of beautiful footpaths are also available for those who like to take life at a more sedate pace.
To ensure you don't miss out on anything during your stay, make sure you choose the Visalp Pass which includes free entry for night skiing, cross country skiing, the skating rink, the heated swimming pools, activities in the sports centre and the museums!
