Close to the Atlantic Ocean, in the heart of the landaise pine forests and the prestigious Moliets Golf Club, these landais style villas with private swimming pool and terrace are perfectly made for stays in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Each villa has a spacious garden, a wooden terrace with nice furniture and an individual swimming pool.
(The use of barbecues is not allowed in Moliets).

The villas are approx 800 m from the Club House tennis courts. The southern and central beaches can be easily found, approx 1,2 km by bike or foot.

Built around the golf course, close to hole no. 2 and the “Etang de la Prade”, the villas are perfectly furnished with a large lounge with sofa bed, a dining area leading onto the terrace and the swimming pool. The open kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine with dryer, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. To make it even more comfortable for you, you will also find: toaster, kettle, coffee machine and iron. The main bedroom with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool has a bathroom with jacuzzi and WC. The second room with single beds has a shower room with separate WC.
