The Residence
Built in 1999 and only 800m from the centre of Les Houches, this superb residence "Le Grand Balcon" is made up of eight traditional wooden chalets split into 106 apartments. They are located at 1000m with a covered car park, and most have a lift and telephone.
It is perfectly positionned, with a view over the valley and Mont Blanc. The chalets are decorated with Italian style murals, which gives the apartments and communal areas a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.

Apartments
The Grand Balcon chalets offer apartments that are spacious and well decorated. Each has a living room, a kitchen area with 2 electric hobs, a fridge, a micro-wave and a coffee maker, a bath or shower room with hair dryer, and WC. Some have an additional bath or shower room and WC and all have a balcony or terrace with recliners, satellite TV, a telephone and a safe.

Shuttle buses operate from in front of the reception to Chamonix.
