L'Hameau de Pêcheurs is located in a 150 hectares natural field. This makes it unique in Europe! This is a complex of houses and apartments in the midst of the new European fishing and wildlife village - Pescalis. The complex looks over a river and lakes and is surrounded by gardens and small streams. A free shuttle service, with electric cars, is available for fishermen to have access to the different fishing fields!
On site, there is an outdoor swimming pool with a terrace and a solarium as well as a playground. In the village's pedestrian area, there is direct access to the aquarium, horseriding, tennis (you have to pay for each of these activities). During the summer there are a farmer's market of local produce, and a children club (fishing club every morning, and children club every afternoon, from Monday to Friday).

No car in the residence. This keeps a quiet atmosphere. However, a free car-park is available for our clients, a short distance from the complex. For each group of houses, you will find a fisherman's corner equipped with sink, refrigerator, and work areas.

Pescalis is situated less than 1 km far from Moncoutant, less than an hour away from La Rochelle, the beaches of la Vendée and the Futuroscope park in Poitiers, and only twenty minutes from the medieval park at Puy de Fou. Within the village of Moncoutant there is an indoor swimming pool, and a range of other facilities.

Our houses and apartments are open all year round (school holidays only during the winter) catering for families, groups of friends, seminars and sporting trips. All studios are on the first floor. The complex offers a true wealth of fishing and wildlife and a choice of accommodation ranging from simple rental to a full hotel service. The houses and apartments are situated around 200m from the nearest shops and approximately 500m from the lake.

Within the complex there is an excellent restaurant overlooking the main lake, which has a wide-ranging menu and is designed to cater for groups.

The prices include rental, holiday and utility charges and free access to the pool, terrace and garden areas of the residence.
