The Residence is made up of two and three storey buildings set around a large swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi and surrounded by flower gardens. A children’s play area and volleyball court are available, and there is access to a second pool with sun terrace, sunbeds and paddling pool. During the summer months the Residence reception is open 24 hours a day, and the bar is open to all guests. Kitchens are well equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwace and refrigerator. Washing machines and tumble dryers are also available.

The residence is situated on the prestigious Moliets Golf course, just 700 metres from the long sandy beach (villas are between 600 – 1100 metres to the beaches) and is ideally located for activities the whole family can enjoy: golf, a variety of water sports, tennis, horse riding, cycling, walking, etc.

The apartments and villas welcome families, couples, seminars, wedding receptions and groups. Visitors enjoy the calm nature of the forest, the bracing ocean air and the combination of a private apartment with hotel services on offer if required.

The apartment rental price includes : free use of the swimming pools, terrace and gardens of the residence and preferential prices for the golf course (except weekends and high season).
