Apartments and cottages

The residence offers apartments for 2 to 8 people, cottages for 4 to 10 people, two swimming pools, a children’s pool and play area and spacious gardens. The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped with all modern appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. Washing machines and tumble dryers are also available for use.

The Résidence Hôtelière du Golf and Club Royal Villas are open all year round and welcome families, couples, seminars, wedding receptions and groups. Visitors enjoy the calm nature of the forest, the bracing ocean air and the combination of hiring an apartment with hotel services on offer if required.

Each cottage, bordering the golf course, has a private terrace which leads on to the Residence’s gardens.
The apartments have a private terrace or balcony with views of the golf course and most of them offer views of the pool and gardens.

The apartment rental price includes : free use of the swimming pools, terrace and gardens of the residence and preferential prices for the golf course (excluding weekends and high season).

The use of barbecues is not allowed in Moliets.
