This comfortable and spacious accommodation complex is situated in a sought-after location on the edge of the Baule-St André golf course which extends to 18 holes over approximately 2.5 hectares. The centre of La Baule is just 5km away and the beach 7km. The complex is just 3km from the village and shops of St André des Eaux, and 17km from the extensive natural park La Grande Brière.

The residence has a magnificent heated outdoor swimming pool (180m²) - open from May/June until the end of September (weather permitting) with a terrace for sunbathing. For those who are a little more active, there is beach volleyball, a playground and table tennis.

A children's club is also available on site. Fun for children and peace for parents! Eurogroup Holidays is introducing a children's club, free of charge, every morning or afternoon*(4 hours sessions). The ideal time for parents to partake in some golf whilst the children are enjoying playing and sporting activities.

There are 30 villas, each with terrace and garden, most at the edge of the golf course, and 31 apartments with either terrace, balcony or access to the garden. The spacious apartments lodge 4-10 people and are perfectly equipped with a kitchen (2-4 hotplates, microwave, oven (except 4 person studio) dishwasher, fridge), living room with fireplace, television (extra charge applies), furnished terrace and private garage or parking space.
