On the edge of the Bird Reserve, our residence is conveniently located between the port and the old market town of Le Teich.

The residence includes 18 houses split into 139 apartments and inspired by the traditional architecture of the area. It is just south of the pleasure port and close to Arcachon Bay. The beach of Le Teich is 4 km away with access by footpath or bike, but there is closer access to a sandy beach on the banks of the river only 300m away.

Each apartment has a living room with sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hobs and fridge freezer. Outside is a terrace with garden furniture and a bike rack. Satellite television is available at a small charge.
